Major General Khalifa Bin Dhaen Almheiri, our forward-thinking founder, hails from the vibrant and humble origins of Jumeira, Dubai – a place where the simplicity of palm-frond huts and tents once defined daily life. In this modest settlement, bound  by the values of community, integrity, and resilience, the seeds of a remarkable legacy were sown.

These formative years shaped Major General Khalifa’s unwavering commitment to service, deeply-rooted in a profound respect for his nation and its people, and an enduring belief in the power of strong, united communities. At just 14 years of age, he embarked on a courageous journey into the military, where he honed his leadership skills and emerged as a visionary and resilient leader. As a pioneer who was among the first to join the Dubai Police, Major General Khalifa devoted over five decades to the force. His dedication earned him the revered title of “The Father” among officers and dignitaries alike, a testament to his unparalleled influence and leadership. Widely regarded as the Dean of Police across the United Arab Emirates, his legacy is etched in the very fabric of the nation he helped shape.
